1.  How long have you been doing event planning and how did you become an event & wedding planner?  Loving the personal service biz, in 2004 I started a company called OC Concierge.  As a personal concierge, I assisted clients throughout Orange County, did just about anything they asked me to do, and got the job done successfully and professionally. One day, a client asked if I could plan an event for them and I answered of course!  Not ever having planned a full scale event, I said eek - what have I done and that's how I got started!!!  I have been doing events and weddings ever since and love every minute of it!

2.  We Love your services, we love your portfolio!  Everything sounds fantastic!  So, can you tell me what sets you apart from other planners?  I adore helping brides shine their style through designing and facilitating their weddings with bits and pieces of their personal lives and love story. I love the creativity of it all and if you want something different and non-ballroom you will love what I have to offer.  Forget about the usual itineraries, themes and spaces and do something unusual, that’s what you want in your heart of hearts, right?  I mean anyone can do usual.  I am based out of Orange County Ca., and here in my world, there are so many things to offer.  My Concierge trained team together with my black book of the OC’s best boutique vendors, amazing locations, top service and hip cuisine will allow you to be a guest at your very own wedding!

3.  This all sounds so wonderful, but it also sounds expensive.  Are we going to be able to afford this? Absolutely!  I save brides so much time, energy and money that it covers my services alone!  I also offer brides a complimentary consultation and examples of real costs, that is, what it will truly cost to have the wedding that they are envisioning and offer several packages. There is something for every bride.  What does your dream wedding day look like?

4.  Who would benefit from working with Gatherings by Stacie?  To this day, I haven't met a bride yet that hasn't needed some kind of help!  Consider these things:

• Do you want your friends and family to be guests at your wedding?
• Do you have the skills to facilitate such an undertaking?
• Do you have the time and resources to arrange all the details?
• Are you the type that wants to be hands on great, but wonder who is going to coordinate all the plans you've dreamed of?

5.  Will I loose control of my wedding if you are planning it for me?  Are you kidding; 300 hours, 200 emails, 100 texts and endless phone calls and meetings - that's what it will take you to facilitate your wedding of 100 guests!!!  I never look at it as losing control for the bride, I look at it as gaining control the bride.  There is so much to learn in planning a wedding that it can become overwhelming and totally control you (remember I told you about my little black book of vendors…).  With my assistance, you will be able to plan the wedding of your imaginings and still be present in your day to day life ~ in other words ~ you can enjoy the moments…  

6. Will you work with other vendors?  Yes.

7.  Do you take credit cards?  Yes.

8.  Do you have a payment plan?  Yes.

9.  Do you have Liability Insurance?  Yes.

10.  Do you take more than 1 wedding per day?  Never!  You will be my 1 an only and my center of attention on your very special day.
